FTP

Send us an electronic file (or pick one up from us)

At Pro Print, we have a number of ways to receive your files electronically. Of course, you may always write your files to a CD, DVD or other electronic media. Please call us to ensure that we are able to read the media if it is not listed above. Additionally, we receive files via:

E-mail
  • Contact your Sales or Customer Service Representative to let us know that you are sending a file.
  • E-mail file to prepress@proprintduluth.com.
  • E-mail your file directly to your Sales or Customer Service Representative and the will forward it to the prepress department.
FTP

Pro Print utilizes a T-1 for file transfer. This is considered among the top speeds for sending files electronically. Therefore, typically, your sending speed will be dependent on the bandwidth you have on your end. Please ensure that you have sufficient bandwidth to provide you ample time to send the files you need to send electronically. We recommend a minimum upload speed of 256KB to send large blocks of data.

To send or pick up files via FTP:
  • Contact your Sales or Customer Service Representative to let us know that you are sending a file.
  • Please stuff or compress files prior to sending them via FTP.
Rampage Remote

To use Rampage remote for file submission or file proofing and approval, click the button at the top of the page. This button is available from any page on the website. Please let your Customer Service Representative or your Account Executive know that you are submitting files via Rampage Remote.
